So I've been home for a little while now and have for the most part found it enjoyable. I really need to call the missionaries out here, but have been finding myself unmotivated to do so. I think it mostly has to do with the side comments my father says to the forign exchange student that we are hosting this year. He is a protestant who goes to the youth group and church on sunday at the reformed church here in Albany. However, I have been coversing with my friend Ben, who goes to the church in Berkeley and I've been keeping in the know that way. My rotation has been going very well and I am finding I am learning quite a bit. I review charts, go to multi-disciplinary meeting and make recommendations on medication regiments. I am not very good at it, but I am hoping that as I go through more charts, I will get better at it. I also have been studying for the NAPLEX with my friend who is going to school for library science out here. So I guess things are pretty good. I'm freezing my ass off though. Believe me, once the snow comes, I'm not going to be a happy camper. But oh well, these are the perks of living in upstate NY.
