Pie, oh Pie

With thanksgiving coming up real soon, my family has been frantically running around trying to get everything prepared for my multitudes of extended family that will be gracing our home. Seriously, I have 20 cousins... damn catholics. However, I've been commissioned to make pies for this feast, so in liu of that, I have written my ode to pie (which I gave to Ben, but he didn't find it funny).

My Ode to Pie
Oh pie, how I love thee
Your shell so crispy
you inards, so creamy
Oh pie, savory or sweet
with all your many fillings
you make my life complete

In other news, midrotation reviews are once again delayed, as my preceptor is in New Orleans for a CE conference and therefore cannot do them. Sigh. But at least I'm getting the time to self-study for the NAPLEX and taking advantage of those Kaplan Q-bank questions we were given. Apparently, I am learning things in this rotation.
