Awesomness!

So yes, it's been quite a while since I've updated you all, but I promise it's not because I have forgotten any of you. I have been extremely busy with the rotation in NYC, and I am sure I will be busy with my second round in NYC. Though as the first one wraps up, it seems they have decided that they should get as much free labor out of Amarra and I by giving us these very long and useless projects that we learn nothing from. I have compromised this stupidity by only doing the project half the time and studying my NAPLEX pronto pass cards the other half. While this is not my preceptors ideal, I refuse to waste all my time on something that will not help me pass my boards. And since the core topics test is less than a week, I double refuse to be doing something that doesn't advance my education. In other news, I love the ward in New York. It's fun, full of life and quite friendly. Just today I went to see a comicbook type movie and then ate dinner with 4 guys from the church. It's kind of funny when you are the only girl at a dinner, but they all seemed to enjoy my company, so that was nice. There really isn't much else to tell, since my life consists of hanging with the members of the church and going to my rotation. I am really enjoying the city, despite the incessant cold and annoyance of slow subways. The food is amazing and people I meet are really great. I am looking forward to having only two rotations left and still trying to figure out where my life is going. I hope everyone else is well.
