Christmas and other things

So, I'm starting to settle into my new job, slightly less stressed and I know my patients better. Though some of them still give me quite the headache. I have also been going up to Albany quite a bit now that the holidays are upon us. I headed up for chanukkah, then christmas, and while I was not up for new years, I'll be up again for a doctors appointment. My New Years was spent attending a "formal" party at a friend's apartment, which was pretty nice. I got to wear my cute black dress that my friend Tiffany gave me while I was staying with her in Florida. Christmas and Chanukkah were fun as usual, and Alex was able to come up for chanukkah, so that was really nice. He got to meet my friends Emily and Marcus and I think we all really got along. That's really important to me. Now, Ian is back in town, but I only was to be with him for one day as he is spending most of his time with his ex-fiance. And since the holiday's are over, it's back to work. Luckily, I do have a trip in store to look forward to. Alex and I have decided to go to Puerto Rico. Now, I've only been working about 2 months now, so I can't use any of my vacation. However, Alex needs to use up his vacation or he loses it and I get three day weekends. So for two weekends in January I will be flying out on friday night (after I work at the pharmacy) and fly back monday afternoon in order to start up work again on tuesday. It's going to be crazy, but Alex and I really want to try our hands at scuba diving and puerto rico seems a really good place to start. Plus there's an awesome rainforest there as well as a lot of good food. So it should be fun.
