So I just got back from New York City, having decided to take a review class down there for the New York State compounding boards that I will be taking in June. In fact, I already have my whole entire schedule planned out in my head for when I graduate. I have the compounding exam the week after I graduate, the week after that (along with living in my parents isolated lake house) I take the NAPLEX, the week after that is the MPJE for NYS, then vacation to Florida and california for 3 to 4 weeks, then back to Albany to take the MPJE for california, then starting making money and paying off my loans. Where the last part will be is another story, since if I head to california, I will be using the month of august to drive across the country with my father in my PT Cruiser. God help me if I have to do that. I can just see that car trying to make it over colorado and through Utah (Desert and mountains, oh boy). Now whether this all happens as nicely as it does in my head is a different story, but it's a start.
So now it's my last week of rotations, which means the best holidays are coming up: Chanukkah, christmas and New Years. Ok, passover is pretty rad too, but still, you don't get time off for that one. I know I'm doing pretty well at my rotations because I can hold my own and make recommendations. Plus, my preceptor already told me I was going to get an A. Now I really have to focus on the next two rotations, as they are down in New York City and I have a test in between them that determins if I continue with my rotations. In fact, I'm already have vivid nightmares about the exam, with at least one, if not both my friends from LECOM telling me how poorly I'm going to do on this test. Sigh. Stupid dreams. However, I think the month and half I'll be down in NYC will be good for me. I'll be living in dorm like conditions, which is great for studying, and I don't have to commute very far from my house to work (I'm living right next to the hospital). So we'll see how things go.

All I have to say is if our civic that is old as the hills made it through Colorado, you can to my friend! eek. I was nervous about it and didnt want to go that way but we missed our turn off. Sounds like a good plan!
